Career Objective

A position in a fitness or healthcare setting that will allow me to share my extensive knowledge and experience in exercise science. To work within a team setting, and collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a positive impact on client's overall health.

Life Objective

"I met Taylor K January 1, 2017, when I joined Fitness Together. She became my personal trainer. She had a HUGE impact on my overall health and well being. I was terribly depleted from 32 rounds of chemotherapy. I had no balance; she literally held my hand and kept me motivated. What struck me as most impressive is her upbringing, education, and the ties to her family. She is compassionate, authentic, consistent, dedicated, very knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and really knows the recipe for success. It's the defining of what success is for the individual in a realistic way. For instance, I may be obese at 217 lbs, but I can complete 24 inch worms, 20 burpess and have value. She made me feel worthwhile and protected. I kept coming back. Her smile, charm and charisma is genuine. She is a true leader and a team player. I intend to follow Taylor in her professional career. I never knew the importance and significance of a trainer, and am doing what I can to keep training in my budget. She is dependable and exhibits humanity to people whom desire change. She is a real gift and my hope is you let her shine".
Sincerely, Sonja "Sunny " Frederic
